Anxiety is building as the announcement for the Mr and Miss 2024 finalists for the prestigious Sash Ceremony draws near. On July 05, 2024, the crème de la crème of Thembisile Hani will gather at KwaMhlanga Community Hall to witness the unveiling of the top contenders battling for the desired titles under the purple theme. The highly anticipated event promises to be a day to remember for contestants.

Former Miss Mpumalanga 2023 Bokamoso Machika, Miss International Pre-Teen Globe 2023 Siphokazi Mohole, and Miss International Global 1st runner up 2024 Zenande Mbebe are on the guest speakers list, together with the class of 2024 finalists and reigning queens of Miss Thembisile Hani.

The Mr and Miss Thembisile Hani 2024 contestants will be judged on various categories including talent, intelligence, poise, and community service. Thamsanqa Mhlanga, co-founder of Mr and Miss Thembisile Hani, told the paper that the event not only celebrates individual achievement but also promotes positive values and role modelling. He further said that he believes the contestants are truly remarkable individuals who have demonstrated commitment to making a difference in their communities.

“I have to say, one of the most amazing aspects of pageants is the bonding experience. It’s incredible to see contestants come together, share a common goal, and develop lifelong friendships. And it’s not just about the competition – the support system is incredible. Everyone is cheering each other on, both on and off stage. Let’s not forget that pageants are so much more than just a competition; they are a chance to build connections that can last a lifetime,” Mhlanga added.

For more information about the event, Thamsanqa Mhlanga or Thabang Andrews can be contacted on 083 710 3452 / 060 859 6502.
