EMALAHLENI – The Kwa Ntuli Complex in Ackerville was a hub of activity on August 17, 2024, as Lifestyle Pinnacle, a fitness studio renowned for its commitment to promoting health and well-being, organized a complimentary workout session that drew fitness enthusiasts from all corners of the community.

This inaugural event, a first of its kind arranged by the gym, proved to be a remarkable success, attracting eager participants keen on partaking in an invigorating and enjoyable day of aerobics.

The visionary behind Lifestyle Pinnacle, Lucky “Joga” Nkosi, is a seasoned figure in the realm of sports and fitness. Hailing from Witbank, Nkosi’s journey commenced on the soccer fields, where he excelled at both amateur and professional levels.

His pinnacle in soccer occurred in 2010 when he competed for Mpumalanga Black Aces in the PSL. Concurrent with his football pursuits, Nkosi pursued studies in sports management, body transformation, and fitness, laying the foundation for his future endeavors in the fitness domain.

In 2018, subsequent to retiring his soccer cleats, Nkosi channeled his fervor for fitness into establishing Lifestyle Pinnacle, a gym nestled in Ackerville.

The establishment swiftly garnered acclaim for aiding individuals in attaining their health and fitness objectives, as well as supporting sports teams in their conditioning efforts. Remaining true to its community ethos, Lifestyle Pinnacle extends complimentary sessions to the elderly, ensuring that fitness remains inclusive for all.

The recent workout session at Kwa Ntuli Complex marked Lifestyle Pinnacle’s inaugural public event, and by all indications, it was a resounding triumph.

The affair unfolded at Kwa Ntuli Complex in Ackerville and featured a day of aerobics that left participants feeling rejuvenated.

Nkosi conveyed his elation at the favorable response from the community, stating, “We hosted an aerobics event, and the attendance today was truly exceptional. For our inaugural event, it was splendid; the engagement was outstanding. Participants actively participated and relished a fantastic day. A fundamental aspect of engaging in workouts and these sessions is to encourage physical activity. It is imperative for individuals to maintain an active lifestyle for their well-being and to safeguard themselves against various ailments. We are grateful for our partnership with the Eye of the Country, and we aspire for these collaborations to persist in aiding communities and uplifting our populace.”

Attendees at the event were equally enthusiastic. Natasha Dease, a fitness instructor from Dynamo Fitness, led a Box session and was impressed by the energy and involvement of the participants. “We had an enjoyable time, and individuals actively engaged. It revolves around fostering a healthier lifestyle,” Dease remarked.

The event transcended mere physical fitness; it served as an occasion for the community to unite and support one another.

Offense Cleopatra Mogale, a regular patron at Lifestyle Pinnacle, expressed her excitement about the session and commended the collaboration with Open Serve, which facilitated the event.

Tshegofatso Maseko, who journeyed from Luthuli Street in Lynnville to attend, underscored the supportive ambiance during the aerobics session. “I had a delightful experience and had the opportunity to network and forge new acquaintances. The wonderful aspect of today was the mutual assistance and motivation among participants.

There was a profusion of encouragement. Embracing fitness yields numerous benefits, particularly on a physical and emotional level. Given the surge in health complications, maintaining fitness can aid in mitigating such issues. When you exude physical well-being, you emanate a sense of emotional well-being,” Maseko articulated.

The complimentary workout session at Kwa Ntuli Complex merely marks the inception for Lifestyle Pinnacle, as Nkosi and his team devise plans to host additional events geared towards championing fitness and well-being within the community.

In addition to his endeavors in the realm of fitness, Lucky Nkosi has been nominated for the esteemed title of Best Fitness Instructor 2024 at the MLWAZET Bavundulule Awards, which pays tribute to trailblazers who have made substantial contributions in their respective domains.

To bolster Nkosi in his quest for the accolade, you can cast your vote by dispatching an SMS with the code “MBA JOGA Best Fitness Instructor” to 47439.
