Umthetho wamalungelo eSewula Afrika uvumela, bewupha imvumo yokobana nawuneminyaka ematjhumi nobunane (18) uthome ukuvow’da. Kulilungelo kukodwa lokho. Ngas’khathi kuba nemibuzo  ebuzwako bonyana ukuvow’da kuyawenza umehluko na. Ungabilayeli ipendulo yalapho uyeza.
